Biennial. Flat-leaved parsley is a superior type with tantalizing flavor for omelets, salads, stews, vegetables, fish, sauces, eggs, soups and soft cheeses. Considered to aid digestion. Do you grow roses? Grown near roses, parsley is thought to improve the scent and health of roses and aid in the growth of tomatoes and asparagus. Refreshing bathwater addition!

When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 4 to 6 weeks before average last frost or as soon as the soil can be worked.

When to start inside: 6 to 8 weeks before average last frost.

Special germination instructions: Soak seeds in water for 12 - 24 hours before sowing.

Harvesting: Pick as needed, removing entire stalks to the ground.
